Merchandise Returns

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items for a full refund of the purchase price. If the item is a gift, the recipient may exchange it or return it for a store credit. Please note, however, that there are exceptions for customized items and videos, which are not returnable. Other exceptions and restrictions, described below, may also apply.

Merchandise Return Policies

7-Day Return Policy

Returnable items must be returned within 7 days of the day you receive them.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Special order, customized and personalized items may not be returned. Examples of customized and personalized items are items that are engraved, custom-sized rings, custom-set items, special orders, made to order items, or items customized in any way.
  • Items worn, used, altered, or damaged by the recipient may not be returned.
  • Following standard industry practice, videos cannot be returned for credit, refund or exchange.

Return Authorization (RA) Required

Returns must be authorized in advance; we will not accept unauthorized returns. Send us an email requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your name, address, phone number, order number and the reason you want to return the merchandise. Send email to Customer Service.

We reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking charge for unauthorized returns.

Returning The Item

Items must be returned in original condition in the original box with all of the original paperwork. Warranty documents, gemological laboratory certificates, and other documentation must be included in the return package. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges that you incur.

After you have received a RA number, prepare your return shipment as follows:

  1. Carefully package the item for shipping. Please return the item in original condition in the original box along with the original paperwork.
  2. Seal the package securely.
  3. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the securely sealed package.
  4. Send the package to the following address:

If you prefer, you may return your package via Federal Express or UPS. Federal Express and UPS cannot deliver to a post office box, so be sure to ask us for a physical delivery address when you request your RA number.

Protection Against Shipping Losses

For your protection, we strongly encourage you to insure the package for the full value of the item.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write "jewelry", "diamonds" or any other luxury-related word on the package.

We are not responsible for return shipping losses.

Inspection Of Returned Merchandise

Once we receive the item, we inspect it and all related documentation to ensure there was no use of the item and no tampering and that it is still in saleable condition.

Goods damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted. A custom-made, personalized or engraved items will not be accepted for return.

Your Refund

Once the item has been returned to inventory, we issue you a refund for the returned merchandise and sales tax, if any. Refunds are posted to the same credit card you used to purchase the item. If you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check. We do not refund or reimburse shipping and handling fees.

Merchandise Exchange Policies

If you would like to exchange something you ordered from us for another item, we can usually ship the replacement item within two to three business days. See the Quick Exchange Option below for details.

If the replacement item is of equal or greater value than the one you are returning, we will waive the cost of standard shipping fee for the replacement item.

Once the item has been inspected and returned to inventory, we will (1) adjust the total amount of your order, (2) initiate the additional charge or refund as appropriate, and (3) send the replacement item to you.

Quick Exchange Option

If you want the replacement item right away and don't want to wait for us to receive the returned item before we send it to you, let us know. In this case, we will (1) charge your credit card for the replacement item, (2) send it to you as soon as possible, and (3) refund your credit card for the returned item when we receive the returned item.

Returning/Exchanging Gifts

If you received the item as a gift, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it for another item.

The item must be returned within 7 days of the date it was delivered to the purchaser. Please follow the instructions above for requesting a RA number and for returning the item.
