Shipping and Handling

Order Cutoff Time

Orders that we receive by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed after that cutoff are shipped the day after next.

Shipping To USA Addresses

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped from Littlestown, PA. Shipping time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days for most USA locations. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and other USA addresses may take longer.

Our fee for standard shipping and handling charge for deliveries to USA destinations is $8.00.

Expedited Shipping

If USPS Priority Mail will not get your package to you quickly enough, you may request expedited shipping. We usually ship expedited orders by USPS Express Mail. Express Mail takes 1-2 business days for delivery to most USA destinations. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and some other USA addresses may take longer.

Our fee for expedited shipping and handling charge for deliveries to USA destinations is $20.00.

UPS and FedEx

Expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx may be available on request for an additional fee. If you want an estimate of the shipping fee for these expedited package delivery services, include your request in the Comments section of the online order form or send us an email.

Insurance And Signature Requirements

To ensure that your purchase is protected and your merchandise arrives safely in your hands, we insure the package and may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping To Non-USA Addresses

Special procedures are required for shipments to non-USA addresses. Please contact us regarding your particular situation.

We will notify you by email concerning the shipping and handling fees and other requirements. Please note that you are responsible for any tarrifs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.

Shipping Notices

We do not ordinarily notify you when your order is shipped. However, we will send you a shipping notice, including tracking numbers, if you request it. Please indicate your desire to receive a shipping notice and tracking information in the Comments section of the online order form or send us an email.

Special Orders

Item that require personalization or customization usually take several more days than items that are in stock. Please allow 10 business days for custom setting and ring sizing. Special orders can take up to 5 weeks.

When we receive your order we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.

Backorders

If an item must be backordered, we will notify you of the estimated delay and give you an estimated shipping date.
