Your use of this Web site indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions and customer service policies.

Placing Your Order

You may place your order from our secure online shopping Website, by telephone, or by mail.

Payment Terms

Orders must be prepaid.

You may pay for your order with a check or money order. We prefer USPS Postal Money Orders. Certified checks, personal checks and other forms of payment are accepted subject to collection of funds. Special requirements apply to international orders.

Credit/Debit Cards

Because banks charge such high fees, we do not accept credit cards or debit cards. We prefer to pass the saving onto you via lower prices.

Certified Checks and Postal Money Orders

A certified check from your bank, or a USPS money order is the best way to pay for your order.

We accept certified checks and postal money orders subject to verification of authenticity. Payment by certified check or postal money order generally will not delay shipment of your order.

Personal Checks and Other Payments

Personal checks and other forms of payment are accepted subject to verification of authenticity and collection of funds.

If you pay by personal check, we will ship your order only after your check has cleared. Waiting for your check to clear can take up to ten business days, that is, about two calendar weeks.

If your check has the bank's phone number on it, or if you provide it to us, we may contact the bank to verify that your check has cleared. Some banks will provide this information, but many others will not.

An additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

International Orders

Special procedures are required for shipments to international destinations. Please contact us regarding your particular situation.

We will advise you by email concerning shipping and handling fees and other requirements. All international purchases must be paid in advance in US dollars. Payments must be made by cashiers check in US dollars drawn on a US bank, or money order in US dollars issued by a US bank.

Please note that you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.

Canceling An Order

You may cancel your order for stock items anytime before we ship it.

Custom made, engraved, and personalized items are special ordered or custom made just for you. Once we have ordered your special order or custom made item from our manufacturer, your order may not be canceled and these items are not returnable.

We may charge you a cancellation fee in order to offset the costs of processing your order up to the point of cancellation.

Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. In this case, our Merchandise Return Policies apply.

Nature Of Goods

All of the items we sell are new. We do not sell used or refurbished items.

We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Weights and measures used to describe jewelry items are approximations.

Pictures of jewelry items are provided for illustrative purposes and are not actual size. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary.

Product Availability

Most products in our catalog are readily available. If, however, an item is not currently available, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Pricing

We keep the prices in our catalog up to date. However, all prices are subject to change without notice.

The prices charged are those in effect at the time of shipment. In the case where a price at the time of shipment is different than on your order, we will contact you by email or telephone requesting your authorization to proceed with the order.

All prices are stated in US dollars.

Sales Tax

We collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to destinations in Maryland.

Time Frame for Order Fulfillment

Orders that we receive by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed after that cutoff are shipped the day after next.

Please allow 10 business days for custom setting and ring sizing. Special orders can take up to 5 weeks.

We ship orders as soon as possible after they are received. If you have paid by check, we must wait for the check to clear prior to shipping your order.
